Terms & conditions
Package suitability & scope
Bathroom packages are subject to bathroom size, layout, existing services and a full site assessment. The assessment will confirm whether the proposed works fall within the selected package scope.
Finish selections & approval
Available finish selections are determined by Prime Renovations NSW within the selected package range. All final selections must be approved by the client and Prime Renovations NSW before works commence.
Deposit & acceptance
A deposit of 10% of the agreed contract price is payable upon acceptance of the quote and signing of the building contract.
Bathroom size & tiling limits
The written quote will specify the bathroom floor area, wall tiling height and total tiling area included in the package. Additional areas or changes to the agreed layout will be assessed and quoted as variations.
Demolition, waste & exclusions
The written quote will confirm the demolition and rubbish removal included in the agreed scope. Asbestos testing and removal, structural repairs and rectification of concealed damage are excluded unless expressly included in the written quote. Any such issues identified during works will be discussed with the client and addressed through the contract variation process.
Changes & variations
Changes to the agreed scope, selections or existing services will be documented in writing, including additional or reduced costs and any impact on the project schedule. Variations must be approved in writing and signed by the client and Prime Renovations NSW before the varied works proceed, subject to any urgent-work provisions in the building contract.
Progress payments & scheduling
Progress payment amounts and milestones will be set out in the building contract and linked to work completed. The proposed start date and estimated duration will be confirmed with the client. Any delays arising from material availability, site conditions or approved variations will be communicated, with changes to the schedule handled under the building contract.
Product availability & substitutions
If an approved product becomes unavailable, Prime Renovations NSW will propose a suitable alternative for the client's approval. No substitution will be made without written client approval. Any price difference or timing impact will be confirmed before the substitution proceeds.
These package terms form a summary. The agreed scope, selections and payment schedule will be set out in the written building contract.
